Jeet brings more than twenty years of experience to the information technology and software development industry. Aside from working in a variety of positions at HP for over a decade, he has also been granted 10 co-inventor patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The depth and breadth of Jeet’s leadership expands beyond industry-relevant accolades and experience. While his knowledge in this space is vast, what distinguishes him, as a person and entrepreneur, is what he stands for and the lengths he is willing to go to be a stand for others. With an endless fervor to build a global organization with world-class teams, Jeet invests, first and foremost, in people. Jeet is a stand for creating a shared vision, alignment, and exploring new possibilities with In Time Tec’s clients. It is then that Jeet strategically approaches each newfound possibility with precise execution, leading teams to understand, partner, execute and deliver on client projects.

His ability to lead teams to execute on deliverables with excellence and transparency has bolstered In Time Tec’s position and reputation. Under Jeet’s leadership, In Time Tec has been recognized as the Best Place to Work in Idaho in the micro-company category, become an Inc. 5000 company, and grown to employ over 1,000 people at 6 offices in India and the United States.

Dan’s expertise is multi-faceted and manifests itself in his deep understanding of finances, management, and leadership. The strengths he has as a business leader are highlighted by the ongoing growth of In Time Tec and his contribution on the Saint Alphonsus Nampa Hospital board, Idaho Technology Council Board of Trustees, and as a chair on the Idaho Technology Council Software Alliance.

The passion Dan has for growing In Time Tec is directly correlated with his commitment to make a difference in this world. While the skill sets he has acquired are impressive in their own right, his tenacity to foster self-expression among his peers, employees, and clients sets him apart. Dan has been an integral part of building a platform that empowers each employee and client to dream, learn, do, and become more. More specifically, he encourages those around him to be pulled forward by the future they want. Sandeep has been an entrepreneur for the past 22 years and worked in multiple domains, including hospitality and real estate, before starting In Time Tec. Through a diverse experience in business, he has learned the ins and outs of running businesses, particularly in the areas of finance, operations, HR and managing people.

Sandeep stands for In Time Tec’s call to create abundance for everyone we touch. He drives leadership at all levels of the company to create a strong, unified team that will move ITT forward, each day, into being a world-class global software company. Sandeep’s collaborative, team-based vision for ITT shows his passion for people and the work that those people do at In Time Tec.

Based near Portland, Oregon, Matt brings twenty years of software and firmware development and information technology industry experience to In Time Tec.

At In Time Tec, Matt works with internal teams and clients to implement and sustain strategic initiatives focused on improving execution and delivering value. His extensive background in product development, system design and project management paired with his computer science and business background provide a powerful combination, driving results which strive to exceed the expectations of clients, customers and partners.

Rakesh brings in more than 17 years of experience to the information technology and software development industry. Before co-founding In Time Tec, Rakesh was a Technical Architect at Hewlett-Packard. Rakesh has been at the forefront of developing new capabilities to help solve the business problems that In Time Tec’s customers face.

While Rakesh has acquired the skills to be successful as an entrepreneur and technologist in his own right, his true passion lies in helping the teams at In TimeTec to grow and attain a level of perfection required to create high-quality products and satisfied customers. His immaculate execution and commitment to deliver high-quality products is visible in his mode of operation. He motivates and inspires everyone around him to exceed expectations at every part of the job.

As a co-founder of In Time Tec, Rakesh has been instrumental in growing the technology leadership in the company. His passion for technology, and using it to make a difference for customers, has helped In Time Tec grow its customer base and become an Inc. 5000 company, with over 1,000 employees and 6 offices in India and the United States.
